01Who we are

The seller is NOVENZA VENTURES LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17347943.

02Scope of these terms

These terms apply to consumer purchases via the website. Use of the site itself is additionally governed by our Terms and Conditions.

03Eligibility to order

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and providing accurate personal and delivery information.

04Products

We offer contemporary footwear, clothing and accessories. Availability may change without notice.

05Unbranded products

Unless expressly identified otherwise, products are sold without third-party branding.

06Product photographs and colours

Photographs are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen and device settings may affect the perception of colour and minor visual variation may exist.

07Product descriptions

Descriptions are prepared with care. We do not undertake to supply materially different goods; your statutory rights in respect of goods being as described are not affected.

08Sizes and measurements

Measurements are approximate. Please review the applicable size information before placing an order.

09How to place an order

Select your items, review your cart, provide the required delivery and payment details and submit your order.

10Order acknowledgement

Where issued, an automated order acknowledgement only confirms that we have received your order. It does not by itself form a contract.

11When the contract is formed

Placing an order is your offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is formed only when we expressly accept your order or confirm dispatch, depending on the commercial process in place at the time.

Where the online checkout is not yet fully configured, an order is arranged by direct correspondence with our customer team, and the contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of that arrangement in writing.

12Right to refuse or cancel an order

We may decline or cancel an order where payment is not authorised, a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, fraud is suspected or delivery cannot be safely arranged.

13Product availability

Products are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable we will notify you and, where payment has been taken, refund the affected amount.

14Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the site header. The amount displayed at the final valid checkout step is the amount submitted for payment.

15Currency

Supported display currencies are GBP, EUR, SEK, NOK and DKK. Payment-provider availability and any conversion applied by your card issuer may vary by market.

16Taxes and duties

Applicable taxes are handled according to the destination and the tax status of the seller in force at the time of the order. Import taxes, customs charges and handling fees may apply to non-EU destinations and are not included in the product price. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for details.

17Payment

Payment is processed by our hosted payment providers. See our Payment Methods page for current provider status. We do not ask customers to send complete card details by email, telephone or contact form.

18Payment authorisation

Orders are subject to successful authorisation by the relevant payment provider. Failed authorisation may prevent an order from being accepted.

19Security checks

We may carry out proportionate fraud-prevention and identity checks before dispatch.

20Processing times

Orders are ordinarily processed within 24–48 business hours after acceptance.

21Delivery destinations

Deliveries are made to supported United Kingdom and European destinations as set out in the Shipping Policy.

22Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times are: 3–7 business days after processing for the United Kingdom, and 5–10 business days after processing for supported European destinations.

23Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Carrier or customs delays can occur.

24External suppliers and fulfilment partners

Some products may be dispatched by external suppliers or fulfilment partners on our behalf. Orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

25Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will email tracking details after dispatch. See the Track Order page for current status.

26Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when we have received full payment.

27Consumer cancellation rights

Consumers resident in the United Kingdom and European Union may cancel a purchase within 14 days from the day after receipt of the goods, without providing a reason. Details are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

28Returns procedure

Please contact customer support before returning any item. The authorised return address and instructions are supplied after your request has been reviewed.

29Condition of returned goods

Returned goods should be in appropriate condition. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods may result in a lawful deduction from the refund.

30Return costs

For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, this is handled separately.

31Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If a product is faulty, damaged in transit or does not correspond to your order, please contact support promptly. We will offer the remedy required by the applicable consumer law.

32Refunds

Once a return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may be withheld until goods are received or suitable evidence of return is supplied where the law permits.

33Size exchanges

Direct size exchanges are not offered. If a different size is required, please return the item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

34Products excluded from cancellation where legally permitted

Where the law permits, statutory cancellation rights do not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to custom-made items.

35Events outside reasonable control

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, industrial action, carrier or customs disruption, serious IT outages, or acts of government.

36Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details and for arranging redelivery where required by the carrier.

37Fraud and misuse

Suspected fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse or misuse of promotions may be refused, cancelled or reported to the relevant authorities.

38Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights.

39Personal data

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

40Complaints

Please refer to our Complaints procedure to raise a formal complaint.

41Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
